ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 3 oz strawberry flavor cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
directions
  • beat butter ans cream cheese at medium speed until creamy
  • add flour to butter mixture, beating well
  • on slightly floured surface roll dough to 1/8 inch thick
  • cut out circles using a 2 1/2 ” cookie cutter
  • place circles on lightly greased baking pan
  • spoon 1/4 tsp jam on each cookie
  • fold opposite sides to center
  • slightly overlapping edges and press down on center
