  • 4oz. fresh raw salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • sesame seeds
  • baby bok choy (cut into quarters)
  • olive oil
directions

Fish

  1. season salmon
  2. coat salmon with sesame seeds
  3. drizzle oil into small Teflon pan
  4. place the seasoned and coated fish in the oiled pan
  5. place in the oven with vegetables

Vegetables

  1. drizzle oil into small ,cold Teflon pan
  2. add the quartered bok choy and toss to coat
  3. place the pan in the oven with the fish pan

cook in the appropriate oven
