ingredients

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 pkg. gravy mix (follow pack directions on back)
  • 1/2 lb  Baby Bella sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 CUP DICED ONIONS
  • 1 tbsp.olive oil
  • 1-12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mash potatoes

  • 2 each russet potatoes peel end cubed
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper as needed
directions

Filling

  • heat oil in saute pan and add ground beef, onions , salt and pepper
  • saute until all pink is cooked out of beef and drain
  • mix in gravy, peas and carrots
  • evenly portion into 6 buttered ramekins, top with mash potatoes

Mash potatoes

  • boil potatoes until done, and drain
  • add warm milk, butter, and salt and pepper
  • mash and top  beef  filling for cottage pie
