ingredients
  • 3 lb. meat beef or chicken
  • 1- 7 oz. can chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 1- 12oz. bottle beer
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 each whole onion sliced
  • 2 each red bell peppers sliced
  • 1 package flour tortillas
directions
  • in a blender puree chipotle peppers, oil, and beer
  • pour the sauce in a big bowl, then add the meat
  • add the one cup of sliced onion
  • let it sit for 30 minutes
  • after 30 minutes pass sliced the meat in 1/2″ strips
  • mix the sliced onion and peppers and drizzle with oil
  • put the sliced onion, peppers, and meat on a sheet pan and cook
