Raspberry Clafouti with Bourbon Vanilla Sorbet Cooks in 2 minutes 30 seconds

Ingredients
  • 1 Pint Raspberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Vanilla
  • 50g Sugar
  • 20g AP Flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 60g Crème Fraiche
  • 60ml Whole Milk
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

Instructions
  1. In a stainless steel mixing bowl, add the egg and the 50 grams of sugar
  2. Whisk for about 5 - 10 minutes or until the mixture turns white
  3. Add AP flour, crème fraiche, milk, vanilla and salt
  4. Butter four ramekins and cover with sugar. Place the raspberries in the ramekins
