The Buzz Builds at International Builders' Show

At the 2007 International Builder's Show in Orlando, TurboChef provided show attendees with a complete culinary experience, including daily demonstrations from acclaimed chef Charlie Trotter to illustrate the innovative speed, design, and versatility of the TurboChef 30" Double Wall Speedcook oven.
The centerpiece of the TurboChef booth was a fully-functional kitchen setting where Chef Trotter cooked, among other things, 3 pounds of peruvian purple potatoes in six minutes, roasted eggplant in six minutes, four racks of lamb in seven minutes, and 20 servings of a pear tart in three minutes. Thousands of attendees and invited guests, kitchen designers, home builders, members of the media, and the general public got to experience the oven in person. A lucky few even got to taste Trotter's culinary creations.
The booth also featured an extended wall of ovens that showcased the design and color offerings available, including Orange Hearth, Thermal Red, Evening Blue, Charcoal, White and Ivory.
With its retro-modern design, broadly curved edges, hearth-shaped sculpted doors, and a premium stainless steel chassis, the TurboChef 30" Double Wall Speedcook oven was the highlight of the show.
