HEBS Group, a leading operator in Kosovo and Albania with 65 locations across its Shawarma, Jaffa, and HEBS Chicken brands, is using the CIBO+ to drive speed, consistency, and menu flexibility across concepts. At Shawarma, frozen and chilled beef and chicken kebabs are now cooked in Teflon trays with custom programs, delivering a better finish while simplifying operations, and sub rolls, sandwiches, and wraps previously made on panini presses are produced faster with improved texture. At Jaffa, the self-serve buffet concept, the CIBO+ excels across a wide menu including crispy pizzas, chilled pastries, fresh fish, and local favorites, with the crispy pizza base emerging as a standout item that works across multiple brands. While HEBS Chicken remains fryer-focused, the CIBO+ adds value by quickly reheating tenders, wraps, and burgers when speed and flexibility are critical. Following hands-on testing, HEBS leadership confirmed plans to build central production and satellite kitchens around the CIBO+ platform, deploying two units per site to support centralized prep and high-quality finishing in seconds.
