We have 250 CEFSA certified service representatives in all 50 states and Canada - each one of them trained by TurboChef technicians and carrying a full parts inventory for each of our products to ensure a professional and timely response.

When you call 800-90-TURBO from 7:00am to 7:00pm, you’ll speak to a member of our team of highly qualified service agents and technicians. Their goal is to diagnose, service and fix any customer issue within 24 hours. In fact, many issues can be diagnosed in minutes over the phone. After hours, your call will be answered and routed to the nearest service representative in your area, ensuring your service needs are addressed at any hour of the day.

International
TurboChef International maintains a wide network of qualified service agents in each of the countries that our ovens are sold. This network is designed to serve our customers with fast response times and assistance by technician who speak the customer’s language.

Each service agent is trained and authorized by a TurboChef engineer. All authorized service technicians are qualified to assist with oven installations and troubleshoot & repair potential oven defects.

Aiding in this process is Warranty Central - a web-based system that provides real time access for service agents, TurboChef support, and our customers. This real time visibility offers valuable information such as a customer’s case history, existing issue status, and a projected timeline for resolution.
